How Can You Increase the Conversion Rate in an Autoclave Reactor?

Autoclave reactors are high-pressure reactors used in chemical engineering processes and to carry out various reactions such as polymerization, esterification, and amination. It aids in the evaluation of high-temperature kinetics and the production of certain chemicals.  The autoclave is typically a heterogeneous batch reactor with a gas-liquid reaction system that is solid-catalyzed. They are designed to operate at high temperatures and pressures.  Role of conversion rate in reaction  Conversion rate is an important parameter measure of the effectiveness of the reaction being carried out in the autoclave. It is the ratio of the number of reactants converted to the desired product to the number of reactants present in the reactor.  A higher conversion rate indicates a more efficient reaction and better yields. It is also an indication of the efficiency of the reactor and the quality of the reaction conditions. Higher temperatures and concentrations generally lead to ...
